Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
**All First Class packages are tracked, however ONLY PRIORITY PACKAGES ARE INSURED up to $100. Very rarely does USPS lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels. We WILL do our best to assist you in locating mis-delivered items but cannot guarantee replacement unless items are shipped via Priority and insured to their full value. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance in locating package. All tracking is provided by store email.
